Specialty Cancelation Update

The DCNC Officers and Board Members recently met to assess a potential refund of entry fees for its canceled Specialty that was to be held on October 27, 2017. Bills have been collected, and valuable input was received from our Show Secretary, AKC, concerned exhibitors and other breed clubs. I am pleased to announce that a unanimous decision was reached to refund the entire amount of each exhibitor's entry fees. Refunds will be mailed shortly. We thank you for your patience and support, and hope to see you all in October 2018 when well will celebrate DCNC's 80th Specialty Show! If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me. Paula Johnson, DCNC Show Chair, EdgewoodDals@sbcglobal.net

About Us

Established in 1948, the Dalmatian Club of Northern California, Inc. (DCNC) is a non-profit organization composed of people who love Dalmatians. Some members are strictly pet owners; many others are also actively involved in breeding Dalmatians, showing in conformation, obedience and other performance events.

The objectives of DCNC include preserving and improving the Dalmatian breed and holding specialty shows under AKC rules. This year the Club's Speciality show and Obedience Trial will be held in October.

Our Breeders Directory lists the names of breeders who have puppies and adults available. Additionally, the Club's Rescue committee helps match adoptive homes with Dalmatians that have been, or must be, given up by their owners.
